Give Your Time, Talents, or Treasure—Be a Lifeline for Teens

Join the Collective

Joining the Collective means becoming part of a united movement to prevent teen suicide and expand access to mental health support. As a Collective member, your organization will be featured as a trusted resource for youth and families, helping us build a connected network of care across the greater San Antonio area. Members must offer mental health or wellness programs for youth ages 12–17 and share a commitment to collaboration, accessibility, and impact.

Collective members contribute by sharing programs, promoting events, participating in awareness campaigns, and referring families to one another. Together, we’re creating a more connected, responsive, and supportive system—so no teen is left without the help they need.

Donate

Support our mission with a gift that saves lives. When you donate to Teen Lifeline Collective, you’re directly helping at-risk youth access critical mental health care. Your contribution helps fund hardship scholarships, raise awareness through school-based initiatives, promote trusted local resources, and connect families to life-saving support. Whether it’s a one-time gift or ongoing support, every dollar makes a difference in building a stronger safety net for teens in crisis.

Programming Donations

Your donation brings essential  programming to schools and families across San Antonio. It helps us promote peer support groups, connect families to trusted workshops, raise awareness in schools, and grow our resource hub—all to reduce stigma and ensure no teen feels alone.

Scholarship Donations

Teen Lifeline Collective is raising funds to offer hardship scholarships for teens who can’t afford therapy, outpatient or partial inpatient care, recovery programs, and other essential services. In a spirit of transparency, donors will have a vote in the scholarship award process, helping guide where their impact goes. Every contribution brings a teen one step closer to healing and hope.
