Fun and interactive community initiatives at middle schools and high schools to raise awareness about teen mental health issues and resources. These student-centered campaigns are designed to empower young people to speak up, support one another, and take charge of their mental well-being. By creating safe spaces for open dialogue and connection, we aim to break the stigma and let teens know they are not alone. Each initiative will shine a light on the trusted, local support systems available to them—so every student feels equipped, supported, and confident in knowing where to turn when they need help.
Student Awareness Campaigns:
Peer/Caregiver Support Groups:
Creating safe spaces for teens and their guardians to share their experiences and support one another. Teen Lifeline Collective proudly promotes and connects families to trusted peer support groups led by some of the most respected mental health organizations in San Antonio. These groups offer teens and their caregivers the opportunity to build relationships, share their stories, and receive encouragement from others who truly understand.
Mental Health Workshops:
Offering interactive and virtual sessions for students, teachers, and guardians on topics such as safety planning, trauma informed care, bullying prevention, coping techniques, etc…Teen Lifeline Collective connects the youth to engaging workshops and presentations led by our trusted Collective members—experts in their own fields. By promoting access to these trusted local resources, we ensure more teens and caregivers feel informed, empowered, and supported.
Resource Hub:
Creating a one-stop hub for students and guardians to find the mental health resources they need—quickly, easily, and with confidence. Teen Lifeline Collective is compiling a trusted network of local resources, including crisis hotlines, licensed counselors, peer support groups, educational workshops, and online tools. By bringing these services together in one accessible space, we aim to remove the confusion and overwhelm that so often comes with seeking help. Whether a teen is in crisis or a parent is simply looking for guidance, our goal is to make it easier to get connected, take action, and feel supported every step of the way.
Scholarships:
Breaking down financial barriers so at-risk youth can access the care they need and deserve. Teen Lifeline Collective is raising funds to provide hardship scholarships for youth who need financial support to access essential mental health care. These scholarships will help cover the cost of therapy, outpatient and partial inpatient programs, recovery services, and other critical supports that are often financially out of reach.
In a spirit of transparency and shared impact, we plan to give donors a voice in the scholarship process—offering them the opportunity to vote on funding decisions in collaboration with our advisory team. Every donation becomes a direct investment in a teen’s path to healing, hope, and resilience.
